Students in Years 10 and 11 have been actively participating in the Pillars Leadership Program which embodies our Dominican values, nurtures a culture of leadership, and provides a solid foundation for students to develop their leadership skills and strive for excellence in all their endeavours. This program is designed to equip students with the confidence and skills to pursue both formal and informal leadership roles, both at the College and beyond the Siena gates.
In this week's session, students had the unique opportunity to meet St Kilda Football Club AFLW players, Georgia Patrikios and Tricia Cowan. They learned about the essence of leadership and explored their leadership styles based on their personal values. Thank you to the St Kilda Football Club AFLW for this fantastic partnership.
